Return Process

Log into your account and submit a return request through our online portal, providing your order number and the serial number of the electronic components.
- 2.Technical Assessment
Our technical support team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if the issue can be resolved via a remote firmware update or if a physical return is required.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your curtains and any electronic hardware, such as remote controls or motor units, using the original protective foam to prevent transit damage.
- 4.Shipping and Refund
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package at an authorized carrier; once our lab verifies the hardware integrity, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
